The most common ailments that people often suffer from are cold, cough and fever. It is simple yet can last longer; some of them seem to have it perennially. It is mainly due to the dust and Air conditioners used at office environment that will make you suffer from these symptoms on a continuous basis. It is inevitable to control Ac and dust at office but you can build up your immune system so that you develop a defense mechanism against all these.

Defense mechanism can be built up by creating natural anti bodies in your body. Remember, it is not good to take a lot of medication especially anti bodies for a longer time. You may fall prey to it and get addicted to their continuous use. How do you prevent usage of such medicines? You can treat yourself naturally in order to avoid using them.
