Diet And Skin Go Hand In Hand!

The secret behind healthy skin is your diet. You must follow healthy eating habits and stop eating junk. If you have been eating too much of oily and fried foods, stop them immediately. Your face can only look dull with all these junk foods.
Water, green leafy vegetables and salads, fish and skin hygiene are the things you must consider. A healthy and glowing face should not be compromised and you must follow well balanced diet and some tips to take care of your face.
Fish: Fish is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, omega 6 and EFA(essential fatty acid). This adds shine to your face and makes them glow too. It is important to have this in order to achieve healthy appearance. Tuna, cod, sardines and mackerel are good for your face and hair.
Water: Water hydrates your dry and dull face. It is good to retain moisture in your face to make it glow all day long. It makes one look younger than their age. Age old secret behind a younger looking face is lots of water every day. 8-10 glasses of water is required for all body functioning too.
Food rich in anti oxidants: Any colourful vegetables such as carrot, ...
... beet root are good. Spinach and carrot have anti oxidants which are helpful to free radicals off your face. It also provides elasticity to your face and makes them supple.
Vitamin A, C, B and E: Green leafy vegetables, carrot, beans and other fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A, C, B and E is very essential for over all growth of the cells and regeneration. Oranges especially have plenty of Vitamin C which prevents aging. You look young even at the age of 40 and 50. Eat plenty of salads and vegetables raw in order to retain the enzymes in them. Enzymes help digestion and good gut health also reflects in your face. People who have suffered from constipation problems often see pimples and other eruptions. Keep your stomach clean!
Smoking, stress and sun exposure can drain vitamin C from the skin, leaving it vulnerable to damage. Premature wrinkles, pale skin, acne, easy bruising and slow wound healing may indicate a deficiency of vitamin E. Sugar alcohols naturally occur in many fruits and vegetables but are most widely consumed in sugar-free and reduced-sugar foods. Normal sugar if consumed in excess will lead to pimples and unhealthy skin. Avoid eating too much sweet!
