Accidents are unfortunate incidents that come as a bolt from the blue and shatter the lives of people. Victims suffering personal injuries can only feel the agony and pain. This process does not compensate job loss or other damages like permanent disability, loss of earning during hospitalization, damage to property, etc.

The compensation awarded by civil courts is satisfactory, because the court takes into account job loss, declining lifestyle, physical and mental pain, medical expenses, physical disability and damage to car and property.

However, the bottom line is that the victim has to decide which is the best option considering his position. Since there is a variation in degree of damage and pain in different accident cases and injury claim, for low amounts out of court settlement is better. For higher compensation claim, place the matter before the court.
