All business owners have one common goal, to keep their profit margin higher than the previous years and make it increase continuously. It is definitely not a healthy approach that your customers hear nothing from you until the next order. You can get in touch in between to ask them, what kind of services they are expecting from you, what you can add in your product line to get more business from them? This all will show your interest in their business and will strengthen your relationship.
