It's nearly that time of year again folks, when flour, eggs and butter are at the top of your grocery list. Yes, I'm talking about Shrove Tuesday, aka Pancake Day! You may be using up all these ingredients in observance with the beginning of Lent, then again you could be stocking up in readiness for a delicious pile of pancakes.
Pancakes, who doesn't love a pancake? Just the word 'pancake' makes me go 'hmmm, pancakes' in a Homer Simpson-like way. As thousands of pancakes are poured into pans, households up and down the country will be going flipping crazy (quite literally)!
