This untoward complication can combat with the supplementation of vitamins and minerals before drinking. There is a good and inexpensive trick to get rid of dehydration and finally hang over is to drink plenty of water before start consuming alcohol, it will maintain your hydration status to an appropriate level.
Mixture of different alcohols contributes to a great extent in the development of hangover. Try to avoid it and additionally, if you consume water along with alcohol then on one hand it will help in maintaining hydration and on the other hand it will contain your intake of alcohol. Light color alcohols should be preferred over dark ones such as white wine should be preferred over red wine.
Conclusively, I may say that planned alcohol consumption along with having a little bit knowledge of the physiology of your body is very helpful to design hangover remedies. If it is weekend, then you might spoil your Sunday if haven't done anything to combat a hangover. Eat a big carbohydrate meal, drink plenty of water, take mineral and vitamin supplements, don't use pure alcohol mix it with water and try to avoid mixing different alcohols at the same time. These are very simple and practical tips for hangover remedies.
