Hangover is an unpleasant and dizzy feeling, when someone gets up in the morning, after consuming large amount of alcohol the previous night. It can spoil your whole day and especially, if it is not weekend then you might have to face lots of problems while doing your daily tasks. So, it recommended for the safety of your job that try to practice something for to avoid hangover. There are several hangover remedies. These are as follows
1- Never go empty stomach
A full satiate stomach is necessary to avoid hangover. Physiologically, if your stomach is full then you will never consume too much alcohol too fast. A slow and continuous consumption of alcohol has fewer effects on your brain because body find time to physiologically metabolize it and if your stomach is full then very low levels will be absorbed in the body. Moreover, full stomach also provides energy to your body to recover from the effects of alcohol.
2- Never consume sweet drinks
Sugar gives a great assist in spiking the harmful effects of alcohol in one's body. Hangover probabilities can be maximized by intake of sugar stuff such as cokes, ...

3- Never mix different types of alcohols

4- Never forget to take supplements before going to drink

5- Never forget to maintain hydration status of your body

Hydration basically directly affects your heart and its pumping of blood to the far regions of the body and if it is not well maintained then the system can be compromised to distribute blood in sufficient amount to the brain. This insufficient distribution finally led to the development of hangover.
6- Try to take some rest
Give your body ample time to rehabilitate from the effects of alcohol. Sleeping of 6-8 hours is recommended before the commencement of any important task. It actually gives a breakthrough to one's liver to come out of the stress experienced last night.
