Style, luxury and uniqueness are the forte of UAE when it comes to architectural design and the productivity which those design serves. Very soon one is going to mark its presence in this forte which is very near to its completion. It is Emirates Pearl Hotel which is situated in none other than but in the most upmarket and lavish locality-vis-a vis the Emirates Palace at Corniche Road which is the most affluent and prosperous location of Abu Dhabi. The project was first introduced in 2006 and the construction has started from 2009. It has reach to its final stage and expected to complete in the end of 2015. The lead architectural design was given by Söhne & Partners and developmental responsibility is of Arabian Construction Company for Atlas Group.

Emirates Pearl Hotel is 255 meter high building comprised of 52 floors. The design of the building is very expressive and eye catching. It is comprised of two semicircular wings spiraling around elliptical circular model and this is how it seems to going upwards. The total area it covers is 124.000 sqm. ... from the extreme and gives clarity for outer view. To complement these glass panes there is also the usage of flippers. This business hotel accommodates every kind of rooms, from double bed rooms to luxury suits. With usual hotel luxurious accommodation it also contain one fascinating feature i.e. helipad which has the access through elevators. Along with proper accommodation it provides restaurants and wellness centers. There are four basements. In the ground floor administrative and public work takes place. Above the ground floor there is a five story podium whose roof features terrace, pool, Jacuzzi and bar. The opening is around the corner and so far the details of the design are very tempting.
