Lindenmere Retreat and Conference Center is the perfect place for your next corporate retreat. Located just 90 minutes outside of New York City and Philadelphia. Our location is the perfect distance for your employees to feel removed from their work environment without all the “costs” of traveling too far.

Our facility has everything that you would need for your mountain retreat. We have a number of meeting rooms varying in size. A complete 20+ element high ropes course and 15 element low ropes course that can facilitate up to 200 people in a day for those team building exercises that you are looking for. ... we are situated in the Pocono Mountains there are also a number of offsite trips that our groups have utilized. Camelback Mountain is just minutes away for your skiing and tubing needs and also has great hikes during the spring, summer and fall. The Delaware and Allegheny rivers are also minutes away for the whitewater rafting trips you might be looking for.

The Lindenmere Retreat and Conference Center can host a corporate event of any size. For daily events we are able to host groups up to 2000 and for multiple day events with your staff staying on site we are able to host between 50-500 people. If you are looking for more overnight lodging we are perfectly located just minutes from a number of world class hotels. Our staff will make the perfect recommendations for your group.

Lindenmere Retreat and Conference Center has a number of lodging options for you to choose from. We have over 25 private and semi-private rooms and 33 cabins. The newly remodeled private rooms are outfitted with full size and queen beds. Our cabins can sleep up to 16 people. Cabins have their own personal sleeping space but share the cabin space with others. All of these lodging options can be set up to meet your specific needs.
