No matter how deeply the modern technology is penetrating various industries including the education sector, the role of teachers will never be demised, in fact is only increasing with each passing day. Agreeably the focus on content areas is becoming less and less important due to the modern digital medium providing seamless access to information, but the intelligence of in-person teachers will never be replaced no matter how advanced and adaptive the learning process and models are created.
No matter what the mediums used and circumstances incurred, every student is subject to some sort of barrier that educators must understand and cater in order to elevate their performance.

1. Student disorganization

Timely, purposeful and learner-centric responses are highly vital to facilitate a seamless learning process, hence better academic achievements.
3. No clarification
Any learning process in a classroom experiences a number of hindrances both for the teacher and students including unclear lesson goals, complex lesson plans, language disconnection, a tedious and inappropriate instructional sequences, etc. Any one or all sum up together to obstruct the performance of even the brightest students greatly, let alone when we talk about mediocre or below performing students. In some cases, even the best lectures may be able to provide the intended understanding of the subject material, but still leaving a bunch of students behind. This is why it is highly advised for the students to maintain constant eye contact and ask relevant questions to the educator that should afform their clear understanding of the subject.
4. No synchronization between the subject knowledge and teaching methodologies
Even educators can be classified on the basis of area of expertise and classroom management. Some may be experts in their particular industries, having memorized each and every textbook pertaining the subject matter, while other may fall in the ‘masters’ category, which knows what it takes deliver an exceptional learning experience for the students. And very can be seen possessing both the skills.
Often there are cases where one skills may tend to supersede the other one, and this is where the learners suffer the most, besides the incompetency developed in the educator’s career path. Both the skills are absolutely necessary if you want to establish positive classroom environment and elevate the students’ performance.
5. Curriculum mapping issues
Your annual curriculum isn’t something that contained a number of strict requirements on to which you plan to teach the whole year, without incorporating any flexibility. Rather a well-thought curriculum is easily responsive and flexible in nature. It may not seem much, but an inappropriate curriculum developed many mistakes will take the teachers and the school management years to repair.
