Issues Arising Due To Manual Lotus Notes To Outlook Conversion

2.On the Mail Format tab, under Message Format, click Microsoft Outlook Rich Text in the Send in this message format list
3.Click OK
To change the Lotus cc:Mail service default delivery property, follow the steps given below:
1.On the Tools menu, click Services.
2.Click to select the Lotus cc:Mail service and click Properties.
3.On the Delivery tab, click to select the Send using Microsoft Exchange rich text format check box.
Now taking a different situation and another error; when you open an email message containing embedded Lotus Notes document links on a computer where the Lotus Notes client is not installed, an error message mentioned below appears:
An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.
Now when you click OK, the email message will not get displayed. When Outlook attempts to locate the OLE server for the embedded documents, the process is unsuccessful because the OLE server is not registered. Here, Outlook displays the error message and due to this Outlook fails to open the message.
