Dynamic operational environment of today's organizations marks for the need of changing requirements of data and application and therefore, it becomes imperative to take care of myriad of facets of IT surroundings and create the migration strategy as per the financial requirement of organization. Need of migration of official email data from varied platforms keeps on evolving at a workplace and so the need of migration arises often as a result of IT cost reduction, business service risk alleviation policy, regulatory requirement, new data center operation strategy or new email communication environment due to incapability of the older client to perform as required by the user.

While there are many who perform manual Lotus Notes to Outlook Conversion, they face a lot of difficulties and come across number of errors that stops them to go forward with migrating to the new client. These can be dealt with easily, but usually users are unable to figure out what they can do to resolve the error. For e.g. when you use the Microsoft Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail, ...
... to send an email with attachment to a recipient who is using a Lotus cc:Mail client or Lotus Notes client, then the attachment appears in the message received but the message text might be missing. You sent the message using Plain Text or HTML as the message format.

To resolve this error you should change the Outlook default message format to Microsoft Outlook Rich Text and change the Lotus cc:Mail service default delivery property to Send using Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Format. In order to change the Outlook default message format, follow the steps given below:

1.On the Tools menu, click Options

2.On the Mail Format tab, under Message Format, click Microsoft Outlook Rich Text in the Send in this message format list

3.Click OK

To change the Lotus cc:Mail service default delivery property, follow the steps given below:

1.On the Tools menu, click Services.

2.Click to select the Lotus cc:Mail service and click Properties.

3.On the Delivery tab, click to select the Send using Microsoft Exchange rich text format check box.

Now taking a different situation and another error; when you open an email message containing embedded Lotus Notes document links on a computer where the Lotus Notes client is not installed, an error message mentioned below appears:

An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.

Now when you click OK, the email message will not get displayed. When Outlook attempts to locate the OLE server for the embedded documents, the process is unsuccessful because the OLE server is not registered. Here, Outlook displays the error message and due to this Outlook fails to open the message. All these issues can be easily sorted out with the help of Lotus Notes to Outlook Conversion tools that are available online at affordable prices. No need to go through mind-boggling and prolonged manual migration processes just go for easy to work on Lotus Notes to Outlook conversion tools.
