Leadership is a vital element in
any co-operative society in India. A good leader not only listens to its
employees, but also implements the suggestions. This creates a sense of harmony

for the upcoming challenges. Recently, Adarsh Credit held “train the trainer”
program from 12-14th July, 2017. This program saw participation from
107 leaders of the organization. This meet was held for marketing executives
and leaders involved in fieldwork in the organization. The program was divided
into four parts. The first part of the program focused on inculcating positive
thinking and spirit of co-operation amongst the leaders. The second part informed
them about prioritizing and planning for the future. In the next stage, they

about the several problems encountered on field.
