The Don’ts of portrait photography
1. Do not get distracted by the people standing around you; concentrate on nothing but subject.
2. Do not forget to charge the batteries of your camera well before the photo shoot. It is advisable to keep all the equipments ready with you so as not to delay the shoot.
3. Do not take close ups if you are taking the pictures with the wide angle lens, otherwise the nose and forehead will appear large as compared to other areas of the face.
4. Don’t take the pictures from the wring height.
5. Don’t forget to take care of the red eye. It plays important role in spoiling the picture.
6. Don’t forget to adjust the camera settings as per the brightness at the time of the photo shoot.
7. One of the most important tips is not to touch your model. Maintain decency and instruct them from distance.
