Getting Control Of Your Out Of Control Life
Do you ever wake up thinking that you don’t feel rested at all? Do you walk through your days in a haze and wonder at the end what, if anything, you accomplished? Let’s take a look at some different things that might give you a better understanding of what I mean.
Food
The food that we eat so much of is killing us. Recently there have been many items in the news about the harmful effects of eating so much fast food. If we slowed down and took the time to cook a meal we would improve the quality of our food. Add to that the actually sitting down at the kitchen table and eating, maybe even with our families. instead of eating in the car between appointments ...

Travel
So many times we are so rushed and hurried that we don’t leave ourselves enough time to walk or ride our bikes anywhere. Consider what it would be like if you spent all the hours that you spend on exercising at the gym, actually walking somewhere instead of just on the treadmill. How about the miles you could log riding your bike to work instead of riding a stationary bike. We think about the additional time it would take to get somewhere, but what about the money and time we would actually be saving by not having to pay for a gym membership and then try and cram it into an already overfilled schedule.
Relaxation
Many people don’t even know what this word means anymore. It is as important to take time out for you to just sit and be still.
