Sainsbury's HR department have recruiting process which consists of 4 different stages. Each stages have a verification and quality of the applicant.
•First stage-that process of the interview in which the eligibility of the applicant is being checked. In general takes 2 hours and it is based on a questionnaire.
•Second stage-this is that part of the interview in which are assessed the reasoning skills of the applicant. This procedure consists of analysing complex information provided by numbers and tables
•Third stage-this part of interview is usually done on the phone and it has the role of understanding the ability of the candidate in influencing others.
•Fourth stage-after passing the first 3 stages the candidate is now ready to meet the company director who will interview him in person.
Harrods HR department have various and few difficulties in selection process of recruiting. It is designed in such a way to trim the applicants leaving only the best of them to have the opportunity to work for a big company like Harrods. The stages of the recruiting process consists of:
