However the nature of exercise that is prescribed for women happens to be completely different from what it is prescribed for the men. Again women who are just starting out with their fitness regimes must again observe certain other rules.

Women who have just started their daily regimes of workouts must be careful in terms of the kind of exercise that they have chosen for themselves. This is essential so that they can start off in a proper manner in a proper direction.
