Microsoft To Empower Companies To Build Custom Agents & More

The integration of AI and generative AI tools into business processes is transforming the way organizations operate, and Microsoft is at the forefront of this revolution. For instance, the Sales Qualification Agent helps sales teams focus on high-priority opportunities, while the Supplier Communications Agent assists with tracking supplier performance and responding to potential delays.
Microsoft has also benefited from these tools internally, leveraging Copilot to improve various aspects of its operations. The company’s customer service team has achieved a 12% faster resolution of cases, and its sales division has seen a 9.4% increase in revenue per seller. Additionally, marketing conversion rates on Azure.com have jumped by 21.5%, and the HR department has improved the accuracy of employee self-service by 42%. These successes demonstrate the potential of AI to transform internal workflows and drive better outcomes.
