Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) is one of the reputed and a well-progressed businessman. He’s the only person in India who had executed a private tourist train. He has been through huge hardships to reach where he is right now. He was a budding entrepreneur while pursuing his 8th-grade. His father was a vegetable merchant back in 1972. He used to export and provide vegetables wholesale to hotels. Later, Mr. Mujeeb’s sister started to continue his dad’s supply chain. Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) entered into core business 8 years ago. He expanded his ideas into a brand and started TN 43 – chain of restaurants, four years ago.

He never believed in overnight success. A true businessman is the one with dedication and consistency, who turns risks and failures into opportunities. He graduated in the year 1990 and started his first journey of business started as an exporter in 1994. He was the first person in Kerala to export from Kochi to Dubai. In 2000, he owned around 25 bikes and initiated a bike rental business. In 2003, he started and registered India’s first taxi bike called the “Top gear bike ...
... taxi”. He also owned a shoe brand and later sold it to a leading corporate. He wanted to expand his business into the medical field, as it was his father’s dream for Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) to pursue medicine. He invested in his first diagnostics center, “Asian Diagnostics” in Bangalore. Now he owns 42 branches of hospitals and world-class diagnostics labs. He is the First Muslim enabled lab in India. He was the first person to launch the Jio Store and he is the one presented the store brand name “My Jio” which gave huge success to Reliance. Mr. Ambani has tweeted regarding this innovative idea. Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) is the biggest channel partner of Airtel in Bangalore & was for Aircel as well.

At the beginning of his journey, he was alone. He solely managed the business. His wife was the biggest support and his dad was his role model. Though he’s more, Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) gave him the gift of his success. His father always had confidence and trust in him no matter what. Mr. Mujeeb has faced many failures. When he opened his first hotel in Kotagiri, it was sealed due to commercial license issues which he wasn’t aware of back then. He invested around 50L for the business. He faced huge humiliation and had to bear the pressure from his family. These failures gave him more fuel to give his maximum best. Later, he started 10 hotels in a row with 500+ salaried staffs which progressed quickly and happened to prove his true potential.

He did his schooling in Ooty MRC and excelled in extracurricular activities such as sports, singing, and art. He set a record in sports by winning a Gold medal for his school. He had to sacrifice his passion to pursue business. As compensation for his loss, he’s building a sports arena with all facilities such as including a swimming pool for the sports enthusiasts.

Throughout his life, he never considered anyone as his competitors. He made sure that his ideas were unique and nobody does that. He also makes sure that his product & services are at their best and affordable. He has learned to handle and analyze thread beforehand and prepare accordingly. When we asked about this success factor, he just said “It’s not my success; its success of my team and without them I couldn’t make it”. He never bothered about what people assumed about him and handled any hurdles with a cool head. He is his decision-maker and he decides what goes and comes around.

Mr. Mujeeb’s advice to the younger generation is refusing to give up. Always choose to do more than what we are actually capable of and never to take failure to heart. Mr. Miju.c.Moidu (Mujeeb ur Rahman) forms to be the best motivator and mentor of budding entrepreneurs.
