Drink enough water

Water not only keeps you healthy, but it also brightens your skin. In fact, when you drink enough water the toxins present in the body are expelled and it starts to brighten your skin. So drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day.

Low sugar and salt

If you want to lighten your skin naturally, you need to reduce the amount of sugar and salt in your diet. Eating too much salt and sugar affects your health as well as your skin.


This may sound strange to you, but workouts are an easy way to get glowing skin. In fact, when you do a workout, it improves the blood flow to the skin and brightens the skin. Also, through workout your stamina increases and you get healthy.

Homemade packs

In addition to a healthy lifestyle, you can also brighten your skin with a few homemade face packs. For example, take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it with four tablespoons of gram flour. Now make a fine paste with water or milk. Now apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Finally, clean the skin with water.

Heat the coconut oil lightly on your face and neck and massage in a circular motion. Leave overnight. If you want to exfoliate the skin, you can also add some sugar to it.

Mix one teaspoon of aloe vera gel with one pinch of turmeric, one teaspoon of honey, and one teaspoon of milk. Now apply this mixture on the face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Clean the skin with mild water till the end.
