The famous movie series, National Treasure, will be appearing soon in the form of a TV series. The news has been proclaimed by the franchise’s producer, Mr. Jerry Bruckheimer. While being interviewed by Collider, he also said that a new National Treasure film would also be appearing soon. However, the news regarding the franchise’s upcoming film is in the market for quite long. Mr. Jerry, in the post-January, stated about the subsequent project, and yet again in his latest interview, he again mentioned it.

Although, the fans of Nicholas Cage and the rest of the cast of the film will be sad as the upcoming TV show will have a new cast. While asked Mr. Jerry about it, he said that they are willing to make the TV series with a young cast. However, for the fans of the original cast, he added that the upcoming film has a similar cast.

Mr. Jerry also added in contrast that the upcoming film of the franchise is almost completed while the making of the TV show is just started. He also told Collider that the script of the TV show had been finalized.
