Binge Eating Disorder - Signs & Symptoms
Binge Eating is when you eat a lot of food in a short time and feel you can't control what or how much you eat. If binge eating happens regularly, it becomes a disease, which starts to make people feel ashamed and desire to keep their eating habits hidden. Binge eating disturbance includes excessively high feeding times. You may have binge eating disorder if you binge eat regularly–for at least 3 months once a week. The most common type of food disorder in the United States is binge eating.
Mental health conditions, for instance, depression and anxiety also occur. You can feel really disturbed by your binge eating if you have binge eating disorder. You may also be dishonored and try to hide your question. You might not even know that your close friends and relatives eat binge.
Episodes of binge eating disorder involve:
• eat much faster than usual
• eat until the person is feeling too full
• eat a lot when not hungry
• eat alone in spite of the shame over the number
• feel disgusted, depressed or guilty while eating.

Eating and the process of shame and binge eating can be a way of addressing psychological problems for people with binge eating disorders. This is a symptom of a simple illness. In a binge eating case, people eat a lot more food than most people can eat in similar circumstances. People feel as if they have lost control during and after a binge. In contrast of chronic over-eating, binge-eating takes place in scenes.
People with a binge eating disorder may have following signs or symptoms.
• binge eat for at least 3 days a week
• eat a bit quicker than other people
• eat until they feel uncomfortable complete
• eat large quantities even when they are not actually hungry
• eat alone because they are humiliated about what and when they eat, so they feel upset about their binge eating (e.g. ashamed to eat).
• Feel that the eating habits are uncontrollable
• diet often is hard to keep or lose weight
• plan a binge to buy special foods in advance
• panic, lack of focus, anxiety and despair
• hide empty food containers
• eat much faster than usual• eat until you feel discomfortable
• eat large quantities of food if you eat them. Obesity is more likely to worry about binge eating disorders than obesity, who are not binge eaters, about body shape and weight.
