#3 HR increases stake in the brand
The rise of social media has created an atmosphere of transparency and a window into your organization and its brand. As a result of the increased presence of employees both current and former, on social media (especially Twitter and LinkedIn), your company culture is no longer confined to the physical limits of your corporation.
