This spice adds some unique zest to fruits like pineapple, apples, or is used to flavor hot beverages. You can toss them in hot milk or add some while preparing cookies or cakes for your kids. There are surprising benefits of cloves too which include prevention of cough and cold, treating constipation, strengthening bones and strong brain functions.
