Great Exercises To Enhance Your Height

Increasing height especially after 18 years of age is not a big deal at all. The whole thing is about removing the decompressions present on the vertebrae that are developed due to the gravity as well as poor postures of the body. The height of the body can be the effect of the environment, genes, hormones, and nutrition.

Fighting against the natural cause of low height can be hard but height can be improved even when you are in your mid-twenties. If you do your exercises regularly, it will positively help you to increase your height and make you taller. You can also boost the outputs of the exercises by adding protein to your diet.


Height Increasing Exercises

The following exercises are good for increasing your height:

Pelvic Shift: To perform this exercise, you can lie down on the mat with your shoulders flat on the mat. Keep the arms on the side, stretched out with the palms down. Bend your knees while drawing your feet near the buttocks. Then arch your back to lift the pelvis. Tuck your buttocks and allow the legs and shoulders to support the weight of your body. Stay in this position for about 30 seconds and then repeat.


Hanging: For this exercise, you need to jump and hang on to a bar while keeping your arms and spine straight. Remain in that position for 30seconds and repeat.


Single-Leg Hopping: To perform this exercise, hop on your left leg for about 10 times while positioning your hands straight up towards the sky. Then you can similarly hop on your right leg.


Increasing the flexibility of your spine and building your strength and stretching of the leg muscles are what lead to increasing the height of your body. This also helps to maintain the optimal posture of your body.
