There is no doubt that performing Umrah has its own numerous rewards no matter what time of year it is. No doubt, to become the guest of the House of Allah has its own privileges and rewards. However, if this beautiful supererogatory prayer is performed in the blissful month of Ramadan then the benefits and rewards even increase. Ramadan is a month that carries immense religious importance as this month the Holy Quran was revealed on the Prophet (PBUH) and it is also a month of fasting and Ibadah. Muslims from all over the world gather together for the sake of Allah Almighty’s obedience and submission for Umrah and when Ramadan introduces another rewarding occasion of fasting, it adds more to the enriching experience of Umrah.

It is should be made clear that Umrah performed in Ramadan has an equivalent reward as Hajj, which is an obligation to those who have the financial stability to bear the expense of travel as well as stay in the alien place, however, it does not replace the mandatory performance of Hajj. Anyhow, the reward of prayers increases, as the reward of fasting as well as the reward of Umrah combines. The divine pleasure of Ibadah also doubles. At the time of sunset, when all the believers from different regions of the world Iftaar (breaks) their fasts collectively, it creates a beautiful site of unity, brotherhood, and integration; which is exemplary of the unity of Muslim Ummah all over the world.

Believers in the UK are always in search of cheap Ramadan Umrah packages for London throughout the year. However, if you get this amazing and exciting opportunity to perform this prayer in the month of blessings, Ramadan, then it adds a feather to one’s cap of gaining more spiritual pleasure and an increase of Emaan. An amazing practice of performing Taraweeh i.e completing the Holy Quran collectively in Masjid with other Muslim brothers is a great spiritual experience in Ramadan. However, when a believer gets an opportunity to become fortunate enough to perform it in the masjids of Makkah and Madinah which were the cities where Prophet (PBUH) spent most of the holy time of his life adds to the joy of the holy pilgrim.

Apart from Taraweeh, spending the blessed night of Laylat ul Qadar, which is also believed by the believers in Islam to be the night of power, adds to the enriching divine experience and pleasures of Umrah. No doubt, performing Tawwaf and doing Sayee becomes hard while fasting, however, the reward by Allah Almighty also multiplies, which is the ultimate aim of the holy pilgrim.
