But keep in mind that as far as maintenance and upkeep is considered these fences will prove to be expensive, as they need to be repainted or sanded at a gap of two to three years.

Vinyl: and finally we come to vinyl fencing. If you are comfortable with the cost that you need to make initially, then there is nothing to worry about because they are maintenance free. All you need is water and soap to wash them. You don’t even need to repaint them. And compared to wooden fences they are five times stronger and durable.
