Hydrate yourself:
It is necessary to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water in a day. Drinking a good amount of water will flush out the toxins from your body, giving you clear and glowing skin. At times, you can replace water with herbal tea or other non-sugary beverages to hydrate yourself. Consuming fruits and vegetables with high water content is also beneficial.


Physical training:
Working out stimulates your blood flow and accelerates the cleansing process of your entire body, which in turn result in natural glowing skin. You don’t have to lift weights, you can also choose running, jogging, or yoga to give your body the necessary blood circulation.

Exfoliate your skin:
Weekly exfoliation can help to clear out the dead skin cell. A simple homemade face scrub of sugar mixed with honey makes great exfoliator. In the case of acne-prone skin, exfoliation can help clear out the clogged pores and also help in fading away from the acne scars.

Healthy eating:
Protein-rich food plays a major role in maintaining youthful skin. Besides, a diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and sugar promotes radiant skin. A low-sugar diet helps in keeping the insulin levels down, enabling cells to maintain a healthy balance. Also, consuming food rich in vitamin C will help existing pimples recuperate quicker, so eating a few servings of citrus fruits and spinach will help.

Sun and skin:
Never step into the sun without a suns cream or a wide-brimmed hat. The lack of sun damage will keep your skin dewy and supple for years to come. Regular exposure to the sun’s rays can cause wrinkles, age spots, and other skin problems.
