Hindon Elevated Road

Connecting Raj Nagar Extension to UP gate border, the Hindon elevated road is known to reduce the travelling time to Delhi to just 10 to 15 minutes.

Hindon River Metro Station

8 March, 2019, Ghaziabad has blessed with the gift of metro connectivity and RNE is one of the major localities that benefited the most. Hindon River Metro Station is the nearest metro station.

Hindon Airport

Ghaziabad got its first airport at Hindon Air Base on 8 March, 2019. Commercial flights have also started flying, which is a huge benefit for people living in Raj Nagar Extension.

U-Turn

To avoid traffic congestion in Raj Nagar Extension, GDA has constructed a major U-turn at Karhera rotary at a cost of around Rs 4.5 crore.

International Stadium

Most probably, by this year, Ghaziabad will have its own international cricket stadium at Morti near Raj Nagar Extension. It is expected to have a parking capacity of around 2,500 cars and would also have a sports academy.

Ganga Water Supply

To cater to the potable water needs of the residents, a 100 cusec Ganga water treatment plant is expected to be built in Raj Nagar Extension. The estimated cost of this project would be Rs 1057.48 crores, which will be borne jointly by GDA and UP government.

Hindon Road - DND Flyover

Soon the Hindon elevated road will be connected to Noida's DND flyway with an estimated investment cost of Rs. 649 crore. 3 route options were suggested out of which one has been approved. The route will begin from UP Gate and pass through Hindon canal, Dharamshala road, Kondli, Gazipur, Gazipur drain and finally connect to New Ashok Nagar crossing to reach the DND flyway in Noida.

Removal Of Road Squatters

People living in Raj Nagar Extension ready to move flats will not have to face traffic jam caused due to rampant encroachments - food vendors and others on the roadside.

More such developments are in the pipeline. So, investing in the property in Ghaziabad at RNE can certainly be a return-yielding decision.
