Runny honey, 100ml
Brown sugar, 100gm
Plain flour, 175gm

Milk, 100ml
Baking powder, 1 teaspoon

First grease a round cake tin and line it with parchment. Preheat your oven to around 180 degrees. Melt sugar, butter and honey altogether on low heat. The mixture should become smooth with no grains. The butter should melt completely. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool. Now, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spice. Pour in milk into butter mixture and add the eggs. Whisk the mixture properly. Also blend the dry ingredients and pour them into the batter in proportions. Each time, you have to blend the mixture well. After the batter is made, spread it in the tin. Place it in the oven and bake for around 30-35 minutes till you find firmness on top. Insert a skewer and find out if the cake still has raw batter inside. Allow to cool the cake for 5 minutes.
