As you will go on a higher altitude, you have to pay more for each thing that you desire. The price of the liquids and the other snacks will go up as you will go on the higher altitude towards Gokyo Lake. Hence, always carry more money than your calculation.
Keep yourself hydrated
On the higher altitudes, feeling dehydrated is quite normal. So, to keep the body hydrated you must intake as much as water as you can. Dehydration can lead to problems like headache, which can affect your health. During the whole trek, you should concentrate on eating a healthy diet. One thing that you should keep in your mind, to always carries a First-aid box along with you.

Before going, you must plan your trek well. Going on EBC trek is not an easy task. You should plan and ask your trek organizer/ service provider about the things to carry during your trek. Carrying the right, quality and genuine trekking equipment is also very much important. Some of the trekking equipment that you must carry are - gloves, down jackets, sleeping bags, maps, hats, trekking poles, etc. You can easily purchase all such equipment from Kathmandu. Keep the Environment Clean
