Stand still on the ground while facing the Sun
Join your palms, slowly lift both your arms up and keep inhaling

Keep your feet closer to each other
Place your hands by the sides while the palms face inward
Now inhale and start raising your arms over the head as you stand on your toes
The exhale and gently return to the previous position.
Triangle pose or Trikonasana helps you in gaining height and balancing your body.
Stand on the floor and keep your legs wide apart
Raise both your arms in line with the body
Now gently bends to the right side while the left hand remains upwards and keep it straight.
Hold the pose while looking up.
Now exhale and gently return back to the first position.
Repeat the same on the left side.
Chakrasana is popularly known as the Wheel Pose. It makes your body flexible and increases your height as well.
Lay flat on the floor
Now, bring both your legs closer to your hips
Bend your elbows and rest the palms on each side of the head.
Gently raise your body in the upward direction and hold the pose as the spine creates an arch .
Now exhale and slowly return back to the previous state.
Help your body to gain height with Bhujangasana or the Cobra Pose. This yoga is specifically targeted towards the growth of the height.
Start by lying on the floor with your face facing towards the floor.
Keep your lower back intact and try stretching the upper portion of your body to bring the upper portion upwards.
Make sure no movement occurs in the body other than the upper body part, head and your shoulders.
Face the front as you come upward and concentrate on your breathing as it is one of the very requirement of this asana.
