Finasteride & Dutasteride: Though FDA approved Finasteride and Dutasteride are used to treat male pattern hair loss but it is not approved in case of women. As such the effectiveness of this drug in case of female pattern hair loss is not that clear, so it is not recommended much. But few research has found that these drugs somewhat help to regrow hair.
Spironolactone: This diuretic completely removes the excess fluid from human body and also stops androgen production that can turn out to be beneficial in the regrowth of hair. But this is strictly prohibited for pregnant women and also for those who are planning to have a baby.

If the medication also fails to help you, there’s no need to be disheartened. You can look for other ways to improve your appearance. You can anytime look for hair transplantation and if not that, non-surgical hair replacement is also there to get back the bouncy hair look.
