Get two to three handful of chips and spread them over your coals to produce smoke for roughly an hour. Cover it up with a lid to retain as much smoke as possible and help flavor your barbecue.
5. Use edible skewers
Here's something a bit different: why not use skewers that are edible? It's a wonderful way to save on costs and add a bit of uniqueness that cannot be found elsewhere.
