Hyderabad Real Estate is booming and will flourish in coming year because of the stable government and active investments by MNCs to established SEZs & ITES in Hyderabad. Construction of civic infrastructures like Nehru Outer Ring Road and Metro Rail routes has drastically changed the future of Hyderabad Real Estate. The Area which was outskirt of the city has been now brought into the mainstream of city through outer ring road and nearest metro routes.
Area alongside Outer ring road is preferred mostly by the builders or any Real Estate Stakeholder because of abundant land, vegetations and connectivity to important National Highways and Landmarks.

Areas around Shamshabad, Adibatla, Pocharam, Patancheru are witnessing lot of residential and commercial developments.
