Centrifugal pumps are the most popularly used to pump fluids among all industrial pumps due to their range of capacity, smooth flow rate, simple design and ease of operation and maintenance. These pumps are easier to install as compared to positive displacement pumps. Different types of centrifugal pumps play a vital role in operation in different industries such as Food and Beverages, oil and mining, chemical and more. 2.Improper maintenance, incorrect lubrication and misalignment cause bearing failure.

3. Due to due to improper heat treatment, poor surface finish or insufficient radial clearance between impeller and volute casing leads to impeller failures.

4. Corrosive environment causes the formation of cracks and subsequent fracture of the shaft as well as electric motor failure.
All these damages contribute to problems such as leakage, overheating, over noise and most importantly pump downtime and no pumping. To overcome this problem a technological solution is provided.
