With an increased temperature and continuous physical exercise, it is usual to be sweaty. But don’t let the urge of removing sweat, or drinking water create distractions during the moves. Don’t be too frequent in removing sweat unless it starts getting into your eyes or create problems for you.
As the trainer will engage you in talking and won’t guide you about the poses, it is wiser to take a backseat when you don’t have proper idea about the moves.
At times people get too carried away and influenced by the professionals that they try to follow them. It is better not to cross your comfort level and push yourself beyond your limits only to hurt yourself at the end.
