A number of places all over the world have started these facilities but in exchange for a lot of money.Tummy tuck surgery in India has become a widely spread medical procedure in recent years and can be done successfully at a low cost compared to other foreign countries.
Everything about Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) and Liposuction:
Tummy Tuck
: This medical procedure is mainly done to tighten the abdominal muscles and remove excess fat near the stomach. Massive weight loss or after the pregnancy, the skin near the abdomen may droop resulting in an odd-looking body contour. Hence, the removal of excess fat is done to tighten ...
... the musculature. This is known as tummy tuck or Abdominoplasty.

Liposuction: This medical procedure is mainly done to remove stubborn body deposits from any part of the body. It contours the area but doesn’t help in toning of the musculature. It helps in giving a better contour to the thighs, back and sides.

Areas of treatment:
Tummy Tuck
: The surgery is mainly performed on the abdominal part of the body.

Liposuction: The surgery is mainly performed on thighs, neck, abdomen, back, sides, arms and legs.

Skin laxity and elasticity:
Tummy Tuck
: Removal of saggy and excessive fat accumulated abdominal skin is done which is full of lax and stretch marks.

Liposuction: Incapable of removing lax skin and the attractiveness of the skin depends on how much elastic the skin is in the targeted areas.

Surgical procedure:
Tummy Tuck
: It is a surgical procedure in which the doctor draws an incision in the lower abdominal region through which excess fat along with stretched skin is extracted out to tighten the abdominal muscles. A patient has to wear a corset for about 6 weeks post-surgery.

Liposuction: It is a surgical procedure in which tiny incisions are drawn at the areas from where fat is needed to be removed. A thin hollow tube-like structure called the cannula is inserted through incisions in order to suction out the excess fat.

Tummy Tuck
: A long scar is left behind after the completion of the surgery due to the incision drawn. The incision can be carefully drawn below the underwear or bathing line to hide it behind clothes as much as possible. The scar gets faded away with time but is a permanent one.

Liposuction: Minor or no scars are left behind because small incisions are drawn to suction out the fat. Even if scars are left behind, it fades out with time.

Tummy Tuck
: Two weeks of rest is required by the patients for complete recovery. Corsets are provided to be worn and pain medications are enlisted for several days. After the surgery, for two weeks, regular dressing and suture removal is necessary to prevent infections. Exercise or any strenuous works are prohibited for a minimum of four to six weeks after surgery.

Liposuction: A week of rest is enough for a person who has undergone liposuction to recover. Pain medications are given to lessen the pain during the first few days and compression clothes are also provided. Exercise and other strenuous jobs are prohibited for two to three weeks.

Tummy Tuck:
The result of this surgery is permanent until the time the patient maintains and follows a strict diet along with regular exercise. Weight fluctuations and pregnancy can interfere with the results obtained. As compared to other surgeries, bleeding and infection rate is low. Mobilization is advised to prevent any kind of blood clot in the lower part of the body.

Liposuction: Healthy diet and regular fitness regime are enough to maintain the result of this surgery. It is advised to undergo this surgery after optimizing the weight because weight fluctuations in the future can alter the results.
