Constitution of Madinah which is also known as Charter of Madinah was strained up on behalf of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad (SAW) shortly after arrival at Madinah. Surely, the main objective of the Charter of Madinah was to establish the collective responsibility of nine constituent tribes for their members’ action particularly stressing blood money and ransom payment. These were specified among the believers and Muslim from Quraysh tribe and from Madinah and all those who joined and wage war in their company declaring them to constitute one Ummah (nation) separate from all people.

The Constitution assured freedom of religious beliefs and practices in Madinah who follow the believers. In the charter, it was declared that a woman would only be given protection with the agreement of her family. It was described the role of Madinah as a holy sanctuary of Makkah where no blood of the people included in the deal can be dribbled. Today both cities are peaceful and blessed for Muslims who make sure their presence to follow Rumford road travel agents in order to get tickets ...
... and visas.

Furthermore, it was introduced in order to uphold amity and collaboration among the groups of Madinah. In this constitution, all kinds of parties associated to different religions were invited and made them part of the charter and assured that agents of all parties whatever Muslims or Non-Muslim should be present in case of foreign states conciliation in different affairs.

There was also another important feature of the Charter of Medina the redefinition of draws between Muslims. It held conviction associations above blood-ties and stressed distinct accountability. Tribal characteristics were still significant to denote to different groups, but the "main binding tie" for the newly-created Ummah was religion. That compared with the standards of pre-Islamic Arabia, which was a thoroughly tribal culture. However, some scholars claim that the charter was not a treaty in the modern sense but it was an independent declaration by Muhammad (SAW). One of the more interesting aspects of the Constitution was the inclusion of the Jewish tribes in the Muslim Ummah.

It also founded peaceful approaches of quarrel tenacity among miscellaneous groups living as one people but without integrating into one religion, language or culture. Welch in Encyclopedia of Islam states that the constitution is revealed by the great diplomatic skills of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), for it lets the ideal that he valued of an Ummah (one nation) based openly on a religious viewpoint to sink momentarily into the background and is formed fundamentally by practical concerns. Thus, the Constitution of Madinah was proved beneficial not only for Muslims but all kinds of people related to different clans on the base of religions. Resultantly, numbers of Non-Muslims impressed with good behavior of Muslims and embraced Islam and made Tawaf around the Kaabah after the Conquest of Makkah which occurred shortly after the Constitution. If you are also want to make Tawaf around the Kaaba with family then avail umrah family packages 2020 and perform the religious obligation.
