Many of them are saying a Gluten-Free diet is very overrated. Is it really?

These foods will contain little amounts of ingredients derived from gluten-containing grains. (Oats are naturally gluten-free, however, are typically contaminated with wheat while processing, therefore only oats as a certified gluten free cereal are acceptable on a gluten-free diet.)

1. Gluten Free Diet is Hard to Follow:
No. It is not.

Gluten free diet is very easy to follow if you pay a little bit of attention on the ingredients in the food you are consuming. For the beginners, try and avoid wheat, barley and rye like grains while you are adopting a gluten free diet. Avoid bread, rotis, chapattis made of these grains.
