There is no need to sit for long hours and wait for ones food to arrive or stand outside for a seat at one’s favorite restaurant.

4. A huge advantage to restaurants- online food delivery wave is especially beneficial for restaurants who want to increase their sales, revenue and improve their brand image. This format ensures that restaurants cover their existing fixed costs and never lose out on customers during peak hours.

5. Availability of variety: all cuisines are available online. Nowadays, all the restaurants are either registered with an online delivery app or have their own delivery hotline in place. In this way consumers, craving for any cuisine can be satisfied.

The sustainability and popularity of the online delivery market in India are dependent on the three factors of convenience, affordability, and variety. The aping of western culture favors the food-on-the-go system.
