Aob India: Helping Businesses Reach A Large Customer Base Through A Holistic Approach
In 2012, AOB India began as a sales-outsourcing company, enabling businesses to find customers for their products without having to spend their time on this herculean - and sometimes unachievable - task.
Within half a decade of launching operations, this magic factory churned out numbers that nobody had imagined. According to a report published in Silicon India,the company still in its nascent stage, closed more than 1,20,000 sales and generated a revenue of Rs 150 crore for its clients.
Breaking this impressive figure, it means that AOB has successfully generated revenue of more than Rs 15 crore for its clients each year. This unprecedented performance helped catapult the company to a position where big brands like PayTM, Keventers, Hyundai, as well as startups like OYO Rooms, Fabnics, and Jarsh Innovations, all wanted to outsource their lead-generation work to AOB.
This not only motivated its CEO and Founder Dr Praveen Kumar to increase the scale of operations but also carefully choose the companies they wanted to partner with. “We are a number-driven company and what sets us apart from others is that we emphasize on revenue making and not just lead generation,” says Dr Kumar.
“AOB India is probably one of the selected few agencies which is capable of recruiting, training and deploying any number of Sales Associates in India. Silicon India quotes Dr. Kumar saying “If we talk about Start-ups, at any part of the country, our digital reach, influencer marketing, mass lead generation and ATL capabilities have always found takers in bigger corporate, thus proving our capability of providing leads to the sales team of any size across the globe.”
The AOB India office in Delhi is packed with enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about their jobs. As you walk into the third-floor office, you cannot ignore the level of excitement in the entire space. It seems like an organized chaos where everyone is working to achieve the same goal. Perhaps, this energy, enthusiasm, and organized chaos are the perfect ingredients for making one of India’s most successful sales outsourcing agency.
However, AOB does not want to be restricted to only lead-generation space. It is rapidly moving into other areas. For example, the company has achieved impressive results in B2B deal-making in the last couple of years involving big names like Panasonic, OYO Rooms, and GoFresh.
Dr. Kumar, in his interview with Silicon India, points out: “Representing its words with actions, AOB India offers 360-degree solution to its clients, which includes Sales Outsourcing, Digital Marketing services Management, Sales Process Audit, Direct Sales, BTL/ATL Activity Planning and Execution, Media Buying and PR Management and Influencer Marketing.”
Not yet stopping, the company plans to expand its operations to South America and APAC region soon. In addition, it is also in the process of developing some of its own products and services that will further help in increasing sales for its clients.
