One of the major reasons for choosing this topic is to minimize bullying. Implementing school uniform help in reducing competition and bullying since students wear the same basic clothes. The students are secured from judgments based on social financial as well as appearance. Uniforms eliminate violence behavior as well as limiting brutal practices on people in the same environment (Jonathan, 2012). Uniforms make students feel like members of the same family and live like brothers and sisters. The second reason for selecting a topic on the uniform is to ensure that the students can focus on education and not fashion. Uniforms reduce social pressure because they serve as a social and economic equalizer. They reduce competition over clothes thus helping them to focus more on academic since everyone looks alike (Brookshire, 2016).
Thesis
School uniforms are beneficial to students, and school culture since they can help in minimizing bullying and students can focus on education and not fashion. Use of common student’s dressing code increases safety among students through promoting good student behavior. It ensures that students are morally concerned about because the students have limited influence from peer pressure. Uniform ensure students are encouraged to think in lines learning instead of concentrating on dressing to impress others (Tiffany & Coventry, 2015). The issue of fashion and dressing style is eliminated in the mind of students through using common uniform.
Audience
Based on the current view of the topic there are great influences from particular dressing code. Common dressing code is implemented to keep students free from being bullied. The students are treated by fellow students based on their dressing code. Evidence revealed that majority of students lose a lot of time in the classroom while thinking of how they are dressing. Some are worried about their appeal (Sam, 2015).
Based on the official position a common dress code policy should be enforced with the aim of helping students to focus on their studies. By enforcing the issues of common uniform students will remain focused and oriented to their main objective of learning and excelling in their academics. Through policies that address common dressing code, students shall not have a chance of bullying others. Policies will reveal the stand and discipline desired by office ensuring students embrace that practice (Elisabetta, & Scott, 2010).
Based on moral and ethical concern a uniform always represents senses of professionalism as well as being outstanding. It promotes social ethics thus eliminating behaviors that can harass other or lead to brutal activities. Students will always portray the positive image in their uniform hence ensuring that bullying cannot be practiced. School uniform prepares students for expert carriers and ensures that they can effectively and efficiently focus on studies as required in areas of expertise.
The scope
The scope of the discussion based on school uniform is relevant in primary, secondary and colleges. It is essential for teaching staff, administrators in the institution of learning as well as parents. The paper suits students for collective understanding of reasons for using uniform (Academic rigor & journalistic flair, 2015).

Research Plan
The methodology used surveys, where questionnaire shall be distributed to students, teachers and parents gather information. Data and information shall be analyzed and report given for conclusion.
