Immigration judges have taken a decision on Wednesday blamed the Justice Department and U.S. Lawyer General Jeff Sessions of undermining a Philadelphia judge's autonomy by having cases expelled from his court, obviously on the grounds that the government authorities considered him too moderate to even consider making choices on extradition orders.
