I agree that internet survey would be the most appropriate type of survey for such an extensive research. Internet surveys have higher incident rates compared to other types of survey. On the other hand, the major drawback associated with such surveys is Survey fraud. Such factors affect the reliability of statistics which could be a factor that informed the choice of survey method.

I agree. The lack of available and accessible database with the Middle East and Chinese speaking countries was a drawback to this survey.
