Eat Healthy With Nutralite

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and skipping is a big no-no. Although people feel that eating less leads to a reduction in weight, not having breakfast has an adverse effect on your body. So one should take care to have breakfast regularly and religiously. And the concept of a perfect breakfast does exist. In fact the easiest and healthiest breakfast recipe would be sandwiches. This would also fall under good Indian vegetarian recipes as well although there are number of non-vegetarian variants of sandwiches. You essentially need bread, veggies and a spread to make sandwiches. To make your life easy, tasty and healthy, Nutralite brings you a world of spreads and mayonnaise. All these Nutralite products comes filled with vitamins like A,D and E, MUFA, PUFA and Omega 3 fatty acids. Also these products are free of carbs, trans fats and bad cholesterol i.e. LDL. To chalk out a healthy sandwich recipe would go something like this - taking a bowl full of boiled potatoes and adding salt to it. There can also be the addition of peppercorns, chillie flakes for flavour and taste. Then keep on adding more stuff according to your convenience and wish such as - capsicum, onions and cheese spread. This is followed by a good mixing of all the ingredients. Now comes the slice of bread, either of normal bread, brown bread, garlic bread, etc. Take the better replacement of butter which is Nutralite and then spread it on the bread slices. Now spread the potato mash mixture you just prepared evenly on the Nutralite-ed bread. After adding more stuff cover this slice of bread with another slice. Add more stuff and salt to make it a double decker sandwich. Try garnishing as well. Now you have two tiers of the sandwiches ready to grill. Apply Pudina and Coriander Nutralite on the extreme end slices of the sandwich and press in it the hot grill, let it grill for some time and wait for the grill marks to appear. You are now ready with a great sandwich to satiate your hunger.
