Training Methodologies Used In The Civil Service Examination Courses

A student’s progress always rests upon his teacher’s contribution. For competitive exams like IAS, WBCS and other state civil service exams, a teacher works harder than the students to help them qualify the exam. One has too keep in mind that such government exams are not just knowledge assessing tests rather they examine the suitability of students to serve the government body. The students therefore require supervision to study for the exam. This training and guidance is provided by the IAS faculties in Kolkata.



The IAS teachers are all brilliant academicians, they devote themselves to continuous research and analysis to train their students. The professors develop a friendly relationship with their students while teaching them so that the students feel the urge to attend classes regularly and speak freely with the teachers about the problems they are facing in the field. Special classes are held every week to clear the doubts of the students, the doubt clearing classes are executed according to the preference and convenience of the students.



The faculty members pay individual attention to the students understanding that all students do not have the same capacity to learn and study.
