Why should I prefer linen fabric over cotton? - For some people, linen fabric is similar to cotton. However, it is more durable and gets better with each wash, unlike cotton which can lose its shine and become weak. Moreover, due to less use of resources in its production, the quality linen fabric is recyclable and eco-friendly.

What is the technique to wash linen fabric? - Linen becomes softer with each wash. It is advisable to wash linen fabric at a low temperature in cold or preferably soft water. You should use the gentle machine cycle and a very mild detergent to safeguard linen fabric. Again, do read the manufacturer’s instructions beforehand.

But still, if you need to iron, make sure you do it when the fabric is still wet by using a medium-hot iron. While, white linen clothing looks better when it is ironed on both the sides, dark linen should be ironed only on the reverse side.

What is the right way to store linen clothes? - You should always store your linen clothes in a cool and dry place. Do not use plastic bags or cardboard boxes. As the original linen fabric comes with in-built insect-repellent properties, you don’t need to worry about moths. After taking out your linen clothes from storage, give them a good airing and also wash for a refreshing look.
