I participated in fulfilling the schedule prepared by Mr. Samuel concerning the final presentation meeting. I participated in the first activity involving the review of data and information collected about the project under Mrs. Beth the data and information analyst. Through the directives of Mrs. Beth, I prepared the power point presentation slides for use during the presenting the findings. Through the assistant of Mrs. Beth, I formulated the deliverables and the documentation of the proposed project. I formulated the basic documents to assist in understanding the developed system. I participated in the comparison of the proposed automated barcode and the previous security hand tags under Mrs. Diana. Through the efforts of Mr. Diana, I took part in connecting the presentation platform. I participated in the process of fixing the platform involving the setting of the projectors. Mrs. Diana helped me in explaining of the codes applied in the developed system. Mrs. Diana the session provided the guidelines required in the installation of the simulators to demonstrate the working of the developed system. I took part in the in the review of the functional and non-functional planning under the supervision of Mr. Ralph the head of the seminar and presentation to take over the supervision. Mr. Ralph conducted the session on the training of the employees on the application of the system. Mr. Ralph guided me in the installation of the video cards to support the video conferencing and the webinar seminar during the training of employees. I participated in the process of teaching and training of the employees on the way to use and implement the system.
The session on the final presentation meeting under the director Mr. Samuel, Mrs. Diana, Mrs. Beth and Mr. Ralph, the session had an effective and efficient operation. I discovered that the presentation of the system involved use of the screen shots and the brief power point articles. The presentation process had various technical requirements that involved the speech and the ways of expressing and explaining issues (H. F. Mr. Samuel, personal communication, September 26, 2015). I realized that the methods applied in the presentation required the high skills and knowledge in expressing issues and explaining situations. High level of the communication skills as well as potential to deliver a message was vital. I discovered that the session on the training required educating the employees on the way to use the new system. The major and the main knowledge required to implement the system should get taught the employees to enable them to navigate through the system (J. G. Cyrus, personal communication, September 28, 2015). I observed that the session required the recorded documents bearing detailed explanations on the code used in developing the system. The documents get applied in the decision making and the future comparison (P. L. Mrs. Beth, personal communication, September 29, 2015).
The process of final presentation with the major professionals gave me the general idea of the process of presentation and the training of the employee about the developed system. The nature of the system accomplishment in the real time and observing high quality involve the incorporation of the most goal seeking events. The main activities like the training, the formulation of documents and the presenting the accomplished work had the effective and effective completion. The activities had proper supervision making everything get the systematic application of the entire schedule. The scheduled activities were well accomplished making the system acquire the best of the improved exercise. The next system development process shall take place under thorough accomplishment of the research. The issues like the security, the future development and the system maintenance have no coverage in the system. However, the next phases shall provide the methodologies applied to secure the discovered gaps. Finally not all the documents and deliverables had any full formulation. Some of the vital information had no records within the documents generated like the agreement documents (T. K. Mrs. Diana, personal communication, September 30, 2015).
