Innovation: to start your innovation, the first and fundamental thing you must do is discover what value is for your client and start implementing new features in your coffee shop focused on those values that your client will come to look for. As you can see, this point is similar to the previous one, because in a business, strategy and innovation they usually go hand in hand. In your coffee shop it is not different.

Which one of all are you going to start with? Which do you consider most important? Is there any that you are already doing? What time frame will you put to evaluate if the actions that you take in consequence with each of them are working? How much do you plan to wait to take your coffee shop to the place it deserves? Get going to improve your coffee shop from today, do not look for more reasons (excuses) to leave for later.
