Set SMART aims and track them:

Developing a comprehensive contact plan:

It’s important to inquire yourself and your marketing team why you target certain types of emails and to emphasize critically about what pays back the most value for your subscribers during this process.The basic idea is to map out the sequential order of emails in your existing program and then expand and boost them from there.
Present your strategy and get buy-in:
